These terms govern the use of the satellite communication and navigation services offered by Skybeding. Please read them carefully.
These General Terms of Use (GTU) define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the use of Skybeding's services, including but not limited to satellite television and broadband, mobile backhaul, maritime and aeronautical links, as well as positioning and synchronization services.
These services are intended for legal professional and personal use. Access to the services implies full and complete acceptance of these GTU.
Skybeding undertakes to provide the described services professionally and in compliance with applicable regulations. The company implements reasonable measures to ensure the availability, resilience, and security of the services.
The User undertakes to use the services lawfully, not to disrupt their operation, and to respect intellectual property rights. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for activities conducted via their account.
Skybeding shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use its services, including data or operational losses.
Skybeding's liability is limited, in all cases, to the amount of sums paid by the User for the services during the twelve months preceding the event that caused the damage. Skybeding does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of the services, as they may be affected by external factors (atmospheric conditions, interference).
Service prices are indicated excluding taxes and are billed according to the agreed periodicity (monthly, annually). Any late payment may result in service suspension.
Refunds are only granted in cases expressly provided by law or in case of billing errors attributable to Skybeding. Specific installation or equipment fees may be non-refundable.
The User may terminate their subscription by respecting the notice period stipulated in their contract. Skybeding reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services immediately in case of violation of these GTU, without prejudice to any damages it may claim.
In case of termination, access to the services will be discontinued on the effective contract end date.
Skybeding reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes by email or via a notification on the website. Continued use of the services after the modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
